I will be participating in the All Out Adventures Virtual Challenge on September 13, 2020!  This event will take the place of the Kayak-a-thon this year, which is the most significant annual fundraiser that All Out Adventures holds. For my virtual challenge this year, I plan to hike up Mt. Greylock with my family.  For 5 and 9 year-old legs, this will be quite a challenge!  We're looking forward to climbing to the summit while raising funds and awareness for adaptive recreation programs.

Typically each year, All Out Adventures holds the Kayak-a-thon, a signature fundraising event that raised close to $50,000 in support of free or low cost outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities, seniors, and veterans in 2019.  Though the COVID-19 pandemic means we can't gather in person to paddle down the Connecticut River this year, we will be together in spirit and community in the AOA Virtual Challenge.  Every participant will name a challenge meaningful to them, and we will work together to fundraise and to build awareness and support for adaptive recreation programs.
