Welcome to our fundraising page! We are a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists who work in the rehab sector. We have seen firsthand the overwhelming impact that a stroke, spinal cord injury or traumatic brain injury can have on individuals and their loved ones. As outdoor enthusiasts, we can also imagine the devastation that comes with then losing the ability to participate in activities that once brought you joy. AOA works to change that by helping people of all physical ability levels participate in biking, hiking and ice skating, to name a few programs.
We will be participating in All Out Adventure's 13th Annual Kayak-a-thon on September 22, 2019! We will be paddling 12 miles from Sunderand to Northampton, and we need your support!
This event is a major piece of AOA’s fundraising efforts that supports their ability to offer about 160 free or low cost outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities, seniors, and Veterans along with their family and friends each year. Our goal this year is to raise $50,000! All money raised goes to support outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities, and their family and friends. The Kayak-a-thon and the Post Kayak-a-thon Cookout are a celebration of the All Out Adventure's mission: Promoting health, community, and independence for people with disabilities and their family and friends through outdoor recreation.
